Discover which three stocks top Wall Street analysts are recommending for solid growth potential, despite earnings concerns in the AI sector.

Investors are closely monitoring the earnings reports from artificial intelligence companies amid growing concerns over the sustainability of high spending and demand. While quarterly results provide valuable insights into a company’s performance, it is essential to focus on long-term prospects and look beyond short-term fluctuations.

Top Wall Street analysts have stepped in to assist investors in identifying stocks with appealing long-term potential, backed by solid research on each company’s fundamentals and growth opportunities.

This week, three stocks favored by renowned analysts include Palantir Technologies, an AI-powered data analytics provider, which recently reported market-beating second-quarter results. The company has raised its full-year guidance, projecting that U.S. commercial business revenue will grow by at least 134%.

Following the Q2 release, Bank of America analyst Mariana Perez Mora reiterated a buy rating on Palantir stock, setting a price target of $255. Mora attributed the company’s strong performance to its effective AI strategy, which focuses on providing essential infrastructure to customers to ensure better outcomes. “The main driver continues to be the U.S. commercial business, which now represents almost 40% of total compared to 30% a year ago,” noted Mora.

Mora highlighted a 149% growth in Palantir’s U.S. commercial business during Q2 2026, alongside an increase in its customer base. The number of U.S. commercial customers grew 35% year-over-year to 653, and the revenue per customer surged 76% to $3.5 million in the second quarter.

Next on the list is Amazon, the e-commerce and cloud computing giant, which impressed investors with robust second-quarter results. Revenue from Amazon Web Services (AWS) surged 37%, marking its fastest growth since 2021.

In reaction to its Q2 results, JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth reiterated a buy rating on Amazon’s stock, increasing his price target from $330 to $365. He emphasized that Amazon remains the firm’s Best Idea. Anmuth highlighted that Amazon’s forex-neutral top-line growth accelerated to 20% in Q2 2026, the fastest growth in twenty quarters. The AWS segment, which saw growth of 37%, was highlighted as a major contributor.

“Management emphasized that the return on invested capital on its AI investments is compelling, and it has a clear line of sight to strong financial returns,” Anmuth stated, showing optimism following the strong quarterly results.

The final stock recommended is Lam Research, a provider of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services, which reported better-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results driven by AI-driven demand. Oppenheimer analyst Edward Yang reaffirmed a buy rating on Lam Research stock, setting a price target of $400.

Yang mentioned that Lam Research exceeded June-quarter expectations, emphasizing the strong performance of its Customer Support Business Group and a notable doubling of NAND revenue from the previous quarter. He also indicated that the outlook for revenue and EPS for the September quarter surpassed market predictions.

“It’s the cleanest way to play AI-driven 3D scaling across memory, foundry/logic, and packaging,” said Yang, reflecting on the company’s strategic positioning.
