Chris Blake Griffith Accuses Stefon Diggs in Lawsuit

Chris Griffith claims Stefon Diggs took him shopping and covered expenses amid ongoing legal disputes including allegations of assault.

Chris Blake Griffith claims Stefon Diggs once treated him to shopping sprees, covering all costs during their outings, as both men navigate a complicated legal landscape. Griffith recently discussed these experiences in an interview with DJ Vlad, emphasizing, “I didn’t pay for anything” during their shopping excursions together.

Griffith clarified his sexual orientation in the same discussion, stating, “I just want to be very technically clear, I am straight [and] heterosexual. … I’ve never been with a man and no man has ever been with me.” He expressed concern that the narrative suggesting a romantic relationship with Diggs may arise simply from the images captured during their time together. “A picture is worth a thousand words,” he remarked.

As part of his ongoing litigation against the prominent NFL player, Griffith asserted that he enjoyed these shopping experiences without paying for himself. “When we used to go to stores and things like that, I didn’t pay for anything,” he reiterated. He added, “There’s a photographer standing on the side; he doesn’t get to shop. … In my bitch ass mind, I’m shopping, too,” he continued, insisting that Diggs picked up the tab for everything.

This commentary comes in the wake of a separate $10 million lawsuit that Griffith filed, accusing Diggs’ brother, Darez, and others of assaulting him back in May 2023. Recent reports indicate this lawsuit reached a settlement earlier this month.

The legal issues between Griffith and Diggs have intensified further. In October 2025, Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit after Griffith claimed he was drugged and assaulted by Diggs. Details regarding this complaint surfaced in mid-November, indicating legal actions have become a larger part of the public discussion surrounding both individuals.

Griffith is actively seeking to use evidence obtained through discovery, aiming to include text messages and phone records that he claims will support his allegations.

In related developments, Stefon Diggs has faced scrutiny from the NFL regarding personal conduct allegations. He was cleared in May on charges related to felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault against his personal chef.

Additionally, a judge has ordered Diggs to provide a detailed account of his relationship with Griffith within 14 days, under penalty of sanctions if he fails to comply. These interactions between the two continue to attract attention, shaping an ongoing narrative of conflict.
