Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods wed in a star-studded ceremony in Malibu, attended by celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Michael B. Jordan.
Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods have officially tied the knot. The New York Knicks star and Woods exchanged vows on Saturday during a black-tie ceremony in Malibu, California, amidst a backdrop of family, friends, and a star-studded guest list.
The outdoor wedding took place overlooking the Pacific Ocean, decorated with white floral arrangements. Woods walked down the aisle in a strapless, floor-length white gown, complemented by a flowing chiffon train and a lace scarf around her neck. Towns chose a classic black tuxedo for the special day.
Guests received an invitation to wear black for the event, providing a striking contrast against the couple’s white floral theme. Notable attendees included Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Jada Pinkett Smith, Teyana Taylor, Gayle King, Michael B. Jordan, Ben Stiller, and Christine Taylor.

Several of Towns’ Knicks teammates were present to share in the celebration, including Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, and OG Anunoby. The couple added a unique touch to the festivities with customized “Married in 5” hoodies for guests, along with party favors from Fanatics and In-N-Out cups as party snacks.
The wedding marks a significant milestone in Towns and Woods’ relationship, which evolved from friendship to romance nearly six years ago. The pair first met through mutual friends and made their relationship public in September 2020.
Woods shared on social media, “I found you, then I found me,” emphasizing the bond that formed during challenging times in both their lives. Towns experienced the profound loss of his mother, Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, to COVID-19 in April 2020, while Woods dealt with the tragic passing of her father, John Woods, in 2017.
Towns has openly expressed gratitude for Woods’ unwavering support during difficult periods. In a heartfelt tribute in 2021, he noted, “My woman has held me down more than the world knows,” acknowledging her constant presence through family tragedies, accidents, and his battle with COVID-19.
Woods also found a home courtside during Towns’ NBA career, frequently traveling to support him while he played for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Their relationship became more stable when Towns was traded to the New York Knicks in 2024, relocating together. Woods was regularly seen courtside during the Knicks’ championship run this past season, celebrating the team’s first title in 53 years.
The wedding was officiated by Adam Sandler, who brought additional star power to the event, complementing its glamorous setting. The joyful occasion not only marked the beginning of their life together as a married couple but also epitomized the strength of their enduring partnership forged through adversity.
